Introduction
A brief overview of the Mission Retrospective process and how teams will use the collaboration workflow.
Use this shared workspace to establish a shared understanding of what happened, identify pivotal moments, surface insights, and begin connecting insights to actions.
Capture the organizational and team context before the team begins Step 1.
Review the mission timeline to establish a shared understanding of what happened. Then, identify 2–3 pivotal moments (be specific) from your team’s experience.
Choose a single pivotal moment from the list above and use probing questions (broadening & deepening) to identify key insights. Then, summarize key insights to 2–3 core insights. Time permitting, examine another pivotal moment.
Note: Insights can be both limiting (areas for development) or enabling (opportunities to strengthen) for a team.
Relate each of the core insights identified from Step 2 to your day-to-day working environment considering frequency & impact. Determine the core insight that is most important to your team right now and that you want to build a plan of action around.
| Core Insights | Situations in which they occur | Frequency of occurrence | Impact on team | Action focus |
|---|
Select an Action Focus above to open that core insight’s Plan of Action.
