Option 5: Protected Disclosure Commitment

You committed the organization to protection first.

Psychological safety and non-retaliation are affirmed as leadership responsibilities, not procedural afterthoughts.

What you expanded is the space for continued disclosure. What you accepted is accountability for how that space is governed.

Observer-12 now has a stronger reason to stay engaged. They may not trust the organization fully yet, but the risk of speaking has been reduced because leadership has made protection explicit.

This choice does not prove the concern is true. It changes who carries risk while the truth is still unclear.

By early afternoon, protection becomes the test. You have widened the space for disclosure. Now you must prove you can govern it with boundaries, confidentiality, evidence handling, and follow-through.
