Mission Retrospective Staging Area

Part 2 of your Teaming Mission

From Silk Threads to Mission Retrospective

A few days ago, your team stepped into the role of the Silk Threads Global leadership collective. You navigated competing priorities, made consequential decisions under pressure, and balanced commercial demands with sustainability, supply-chain integrity, and stakeholder trust.

The Mission Retrospective shifts the focus from what your team decided to how your team worked together—how you shared information, handled different perspectives, made trade-offs, and adapted as conditions changed. The goal is not to judge the outcome, but to identify patterns and turn them into practical actions.
