What you have expanded is possibility. What you have narrowed is insulation.

Trust is not secured—but it is engaged. From this point, uncertainty becomes consequential rather than abstract.

What can no longer be assumed is that exposure can be cleanly managed or reversed.

By early afternoon, the organization is no longer deciding whether to listen. It is deciding how much exposure it is prepared to carry while the pipeline keeps moving.
