You have 7 minutes for your Team Planning Session.
Context
Following the Mission Briefing from Sarah Morgan, Cyber Threat Intelligence Officer and Eden Chen, Chief Information Security Officer, your team carves out some time to come up with game plan.
Purpose
The purpose of your Team Planning Session is to develop a shared understanding of key factors and issues you will need to consider for your upcoming mission. What is each member ‘thinking’ and ‘feeling’ coming out of the Mission Briefing?
Possible Topics
- What is your mission?
- Who are the key actors?
- What are the key factors at play?
- What does success look like?
- How will you make decisions as a team?
- How will you assign individual roles in the team?

Team Collaboration
