Teaming Missions is a powerful team engagement and development tool that fosters trust, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Designed for teams of 3-8 participants, Teaming Missions last 2-3 hours and are delivered virtually (or in-person) in a single day or over two consecutive days.
In Part 1, teams dive into a hyper-realistic simulation, tackling complex geopolitical, operational, and ethical challenges in a high-stakes environment. Teams are forced to make critical decisions together under pressure to successfully complete their mission.
In Part 2, teams receive a data-driven analysis of their team dynamics, which sets the stage for their retrospective. During this reflection, teams identify key insights from their simulation and develop actionable steps to take in elevating their day-to-day teaming capabilities.

Our Teaming Missions immerse participants in real-world scenarios aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), tackling challenges like environmental conservation, crisis management, and infrastructure security.
Participants build strategic thinking, decision-making, and teamwork skills while addressing issues such as climate change, economic stability, and social equity.
Missions may involve responding to environmental disasters, countering cyber threats, or conducting humanitarian operations, emphasizing sustainable practices and global responsibility.
By aligning with specific SDGs, these simulations prepare participants to navigate pressing global challenges while fostering cooperation and resilience for a sustainable future.
