Teaming Missions™

High-impact teaming practice — without taking a day off.

Teaming Missions™ are immersive, analytics-powered simulations that strengthen trust, collaboration, and decision-making under pressure.

Delivered virtually in two 2-hour sessions, teams experience the full arc — simulation, retrospective, and analytics — without losing a day to an offsite.

Not a generic workshop. Not a “great discussion” that fades by Monday. Teams learn from their own behavior and turn insight into action.

  • High-stakes simulation
  • Structured retrospective
  • Data-driven analytics
A short introduction to Teaming Missions™
Start with a Pilot Mission as a baseline diagnostic. Scale into a Mission Program (typically 3–6 Missions over 6–12 months) to build capability — and track progress with longitudinal Teaming Analytics™.
Part 1: The Mission

Your team is dropped into a realistic, high-stakes scenario where information is incomplete, time is limited, and trade-offs are unavoidable. As events unfold, the team must align quickly, surface dissent, and make consequential decisions together — revealing how trust, power, communication, and coordination actually show up under pressure.

Part 2: The Retrospective

A facilitator leads a structured, best-practice retrospective that turns lived experience into learning. Supported by Teaming Analytics™, teams identify pivotal moments from the mission, examine patterns behind their decisions and interactions, and translate insight into a small set of concrete, testable actions they can apply immediately.

What teams build through Teaming Missions™

High-stakes scenarios create the conditions where real teaming habits show up—so teams can practice, reflect, and strengthen the behaviours that matter most.

  • Real-World Simulations

Engage your team in immersive, high-stakes scenarios that drive innovation and adaptability.

  • Critical Problem-Solving

Solve complex challenges under pressure while navigating ethical and operational dilemmas.

  • Enhanced Decision-Making

Strengthen fast, informed decisions by managing risks and trade-offs.

  • Intelligent Collaboration

Harness individual strengths to boost team dynamics and achieve success.

  • Actionable Insights

Turn simulation learnings into strategies for real-world impact and performance.

Teaming in action

Two ways to engage

Most teams start with a Pilot Mission to get a fast, evidence-based baseline of how they perform under pressure. Teams that want sustained improvement move into a Mission Program — repeated practice with longitudinal Teaming Analytics™ to verify what’s changing (and what isn’t)..

Pilot Mission
Diagnostic Evidence baseline
Format: 2 sessions (2 hours each) delivered over 2 days

Immerse your team into a realistic, high-stakes scenario to reveal behaviours you can’t see in day-to-day meetings — then turn what happened into clear, actionable next steps.

  • Baseline analytics report — an objective view of the team’s communication + coordination patterns under pressure
  • Debrief-ready insights — the moments that mattered, what drove them, and what to do next
  • 2–3 testable actions — specific behavior changes to run in the next 2–4 weeks
  • Clear next step — repeat the Pilot, or step into a Mission Program for measurable progress
Mission Program
Capability building Progress tracking
Scope: 3–6 Missions • Delivered over 6–12 months

A series of missions designed to build capability over time. Teams practice under varied scenarios, reinforce a small set of focus themes, and use analytics to verify what’s actually changing.

  • Longitudinal analytics — baseline plus follow-ups that make progress (or drift) visible
  • Deliberate reps — repeated practice under different constraints and trade-offs
  • Capability focus — strengthen 1–2 priority teaming themes over time
  • PowerClasses (optional) — short reinforcement sessions between Missions to accelerate adoption
If you want clarity now, start with a Pilot Mission. If you want change you can defend, choose a Mission Program.
Aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

Our Teaming Missions immerse participants in real-world scenarios aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), tackling challenges like environmental conservation, crisis management, and infrastructure security.

Participants practice strategic thinking, fast decision-making, and tight teamwork while confronting climate risk, economic stability, and social equity head-on.

Whether responding to disasters, countering cyber threats, or delivering humanitarian aid, missions prioritize sustainable practice and global responsibility.

By mapping each mission to specific UN SDGs, teams rehearse real-world trade-offs and build the cooperation and resilience needed to tackle today’s global challenges.
