Teaming Missions

Elevate your Teaming Capabilities!

Teaming Missions are engaging team simulations designed to elevate your teaming capabilities through a fun, challenging, and immersive experience.  Delivered in virtual or in-person settings over 2-3 hours, Teaming Missions are ideal for teams of 5-8 members.

Participants are immersed into a novel, high-stakes mission, navigating complex scenarios involving geopolitical, operational, and ethical challenges. Teams must build trust quickly and make decisions under pressure to achieve mission success.

After the simulation, teams participate in a structured reflection to harvest the learnings. The reflection connects insights from the simulation to the team’s real-world working environment and develops specific actions to elevate their teaming capabilities.
