Teaming Missions™ are immersive, analytics-powered simulations that strengthen trust, collaboration, and decision-making under pressure. Designed for small teams of 4–9, each experience runs 3–4 hours and is delivered virtually in two parts on consecutive days.
Part 1 – The Mission: Teams enter a hyper-realistic scenario and confront complex geopolitical, operational, and ethical trade-offs. At critical junctures, they synthesize information and make time-pressured decisions together that shape the outcome.
Part 2 – The Retrospective: A facilitator guides a 3-step, best practice reflection to identify key insights from the team’s experience and actionable steps to improve their day-to-day teaming. The process is enhanced with detailed and interactive analytics that create a shared understanding of how the team behaved and what the team learned.

Our Teaming Missions immerse participants in real-world scenarios aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), tackling challenges like environmental conservation, crisis management, and infrastructure security.
Participants practice strategic thinking, fast decision-making, and tight teamwork while confronting climate risk, economic stability, and social equity head-on.
Whether responding to disasters, countering cyber threats, or delivering humanitarian aid, missions prioritize sustainable practice and global responsibility.
By mapping each mission to specific UN SDGs, teams rehearse real-world trade-offs and build the cooperation and resilience needed to tackle today’s global challenges.
