Teaming Missions are engaging team simulations designed to elevate your teaming capabilities through a fun, challenging, and immersive experience. Teaming Missions are perfect for teams of 5-8 members and can be conducted in either virtual or in-person settings. Each mission lasts 2-3 hours and can be delivered in a single day or split across two consecutive days.
Participants are immersed into a novel, high-stakes mission, navigating complex scenarios involving geopolitical, operational, and ethical challenges. Teams must build trust quickly and make decisions together under pressure to achieve mission success.
After the simulation, teams participate in a structured reflection to harvest the learnings. The reflection connects insights from the simulation to the team’s real-world working environment and develops specific actions to elevate their teaming capabilities.

Our Teaming Missions immerse participants in complex, real-world scenarios that directly support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each mission focuses on critical global challenges, such as environmental conservation, crisis management, and safeguarding vital infrastructures. Through these experiences, participants develop key skills in strategic thinking, decision-making, and effective teamwork, enabling them to excel in dynamic, high-pressure situations.
The simulations emphasize how individual actions can make a real impact on issues like climate change, economic stability, and social equity, reinforcing the importance of sustainable practices and global responsibility. For example, missions may involve responding to an environmental disaster, securing financial markets from cyber threats, or carrying out humanitarian operations in conflict zones. These challenges are not only about achieving mission success but also about understanding and contributing to a more sustainable and secure world. By aligning each mission with specific SDGs, we ensure that our participants are prepared to tackle the pressing challenges of today and tomorrow while promoting global cooperation and resilience.
